The entire legal team of Bosley & Bratch recently attended the National Organization for Veterans’ Advocates or NOVA Fall Conference on October 13-14 in St. Petersburg, Florida. You can see several attendees in the photo above including Robert Glenn, Jennifer Puryear, Dan Smith, William Gwin, and Ralph Bratch.
NOVA is an association of attorneys and agents whose primary mission is to develop through research, discussion, and the exchange of information a better understanding of federal veterans benefits law and procedure as well as to develop and encourage high standards of service and representation for all persons seeking veterans benefits.
Topics this year included Developing Lay Evidence, Reviewing C&P Exam Results, Analyzing a BVA Decision, VA Appeals Reform, Recent Cases and How to Use Them, among others. It is through conferences like this that Bosley & Bratch continues to remain current on the law with respect to veterans benefits and to maintain the highest standard of skills in advocating for veterans.
