We are a growing dog friendly veterans disability law office in Clearwater, Florida seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, motivated person for a full-time Intake Specialist position. Ideal candidate will have strong Customer Service or Sales Experience, a minimum education of an Associate Degree, and must be a team player. VA experience not required but helpful. This is not your typical call center type job. It is at its core a sales position that requires high energy, enthusiasm and a competitive nature with the goal being to sign up new clients as opposed to a customer service job dealing with complaints.

Competitive benefit package includes full paid premiums of health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k (after 1 year of employment) and 3 weeks’ (prorated) paid time off plus 1 floating holiday after 90 days of employment. In addition to the generous paid time off our office recognizes the following paid holidays annually: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day.

The Intake Specialist is primarily responsible for all facets of handling new prospect contacts. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Responding to new client phone calls, contact forms, live chats, walk-ins
• Maintaining a calm and friendly phone demeanor with all prospective clients
• Completing intake questionnaires with prospective new clients in our management system
• Keeping in touch with new prospective clients, including answering any questions and following up on the status of documents
• Managing tasks in our workflow system and responding to communications from colleagues
• Writing reviews for prospective clients’ cases to present to our attorneys
• Securing the business of any veteran whose case is accepted by sending and obtaining their completed sign-on forms
• Reporting to the Intake Manager
