BOSLEY & BRATCH
WHY BOSLEY & BRANCH
Why do you need a lawyer?
Below are things we know and do.
- Having representation increases your chances of winning according to the Board of Veteran’s Appeals Annual Reports.
- We know the law: the VA’s regulations are over 2,000 pages.
- We have investigators to find records.
- We have private medical doctors and psychologists who can point out mistakes by the VA’s doctors in claims.
- We write legal briefs arguing why you are entitled to benefits.
- We obtain affidavits from witnesses to bolster claims.
The only thing the veterans disability attorneys of Bosley & Bratch do is help veterans and their families get the veterans disability benefits and other benefits they deserve. That’s it.
Why do you need us?
Questions you should ask when looking for a lawyer.
First, ask them if they are certified by the VA to be allowed to represent veterans like we are.
Second, ask any lawyers how long they have been doing veterans disability work? We’ve been doing it for over twenty years.
Third, ask them about their results then compare them to our Recent Victories.
Fourth, ask them if they train other lawyers and agents on how to win cases by giving lectures and presentations at various organizations like we do. We have presented to a variety of organizations on a number of veterans disability topics all around the country.
Fifth, ask them if they are leaders in veterans law. We are leaders in the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA), a national organization of lawyers and agents advancing the cause of veterans benefits and training lawyers and agents. One of our founders, Wade Bosley, is a past president on NOVA, and Chairman of the Ethics Committee. Ralph Bratch has served on the NOVA Board of Directors and was Chairman of the Seminar Committee. Dan Smith has also served in leadership roles at NOVA and spoken at several conferences.
Sixth, ask them about any awards or recognition they have received related to veterans work. One of our founders, Wade Bosley, was honored with the prestigious Service Award by PTSD Vets Inc. Another one of our founders, Ralph Bratch, has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America® by his peers in the publication of the same name. Furthermore, Bosley & Bratch has been recognized for our pro bono legal services to the Center for Veterans Advancement. It is also very common for veteran service representatives, doctors, psychologists, counselors, and veteran service organizations to recommend our legal services to veterans in need.

WHY BOSLEY & BRANCH
VA LICENSED AND ACCREDITED LAWYERS
As one of the leading VA disability law firms in the country, we have been able to help thousands of veterans and their dependents to receive all types of disability benefits. Check out our Recent Victories and also the Testimonials of our former clients. Our attorneys are actually VA accredited lawyers, meaning that we are licensed and authorized to do legal services by VA organizations themselves (this is a requirement for a lawyer to do this work). We are the only firm we are aware of in Florida that focuses exclusively on veterans disability.
When you are going through this difficult time, you want to work with a firm you can trust and one that is actually interested in and empathetic towards your situation. When we do our job, we are looking out for the best interests of all veterans. Some of the ways we do this are by advocating veteran rights while writing and editing VA regulations as well as writing dozens of articles on the issue in order to spread awareness and accurate information. We are also involved in supporting the following charitable organizations:
- Homeless Veterans Project
- Injured Warriors Fund of Florida
- The Center for Veterans Advancement
- The Veterans Post
- HVAF (Homeless Veterans Assistance Foundation
- Patriot Day Prayer Breakfast
- Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR)
- Vets Ride for PTSD
