Experienced Lawyers Helping Veterans
Nationwide to Obtain Disability Benefits

Established in 1980, the law firm of Bosley, McKown & Bratch is dedicated to helping veterans and their dependents obtain disability benefits. Our resources include two attorneys who are veterans themselves and who are dedicated to these issues, a full-time professional investigator and a large network of qualified physicians, psychologists and other medical specialists with whom we work.

Wherever you are, we can help. To speak with us about your veterans' disability claim, at no cost — call or contact our offices today.

Physical Injuries and Disability Ratings

Over the last 15 years, our attorneys have helped veterans from across the United States to obtain disability benefits for both generalized and localized physical injuries and conditions of all types, including:

  • Back, neck and spinal cord injuries (herniated discs, impinged nerves, broken vertebrae, paraplegia, quadriplegia, et al.)
  • Amputation injuries (hands, feet, arms, legs, above or below the knee and elbow joints)
  • Disfiguring injuries
  • Loss of use injuries (due to severe fractures, nerve damage, muscle or soft tissue damage and a wide range of other causes)
  • Traumatic brain injuries
  • Damage to internal organs and systems (liver, cardiopulmonary system, digestive system, etc.)

The VA's disability ratings system for these and other types of physical or mental impairments is extremely complex. In many instances, it is not well understood even by the VA's own ratings specialists. In fact, many of our clients came to us for help because they felt that the disability rating they received from the VA was too low.

Because our firm has had a major emphasis on veterans' disability claims since 1995 — we learned what the law is and more importantly, how to make the VA apply the correctly. The firm's broader background and experience in litigation (and the knowledge of how to best prepare a case and present evidence that's given us) helps us to accomplish that goal.

To speak to an experienced lawyer about your veteran's disability claim — call us toll free from anywhere in the United States at 1-866-974-0705 or send us a brief e-mail message and someone from our office will get back to you shortly. The consultation is free. We receive no payment for our services unless we are successful on your behalf.
