Bob graduated from Indiana University in 1969 and Indiana University Law School in 1972. Bob was admitted to practice law in all Indiana State Courts in 1972 together with admission to both the Northern and Southern District Federal Courts for the State of Indiana.
Bob has maintained a general practice since 1972, initially focusing on an extensive family law practice and personal injury practice. Since the year 2000, Bob has primarily practiced in the area of representing people who have been injured as the result of the fault of others and those individuals who have suffered work-related injuries.
Bob has extensive litigation experience, having tried cases for over 35 years with many cases involving the representation of personal injury clients and injured workers. Bob acted as local counsel in a trial in Grant County which resulted in what, at the time, was the largest jury verdict ever rendered in Grant County.
For approximately 35 years, Bob has been a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association which is the Indiana state-wide organization for attorneys who represent injured persons. He has also been a member of the Indiana State Bar Association since 1972 and was formerly a member of the American Bar Association for over 30 years.
