About Us

Lawyers for Veterans and Others With Disabilities

Today, we are proud to represent veterans from all branches of the military in disability claims throughout the United States. Two of our attorneys, in fact — Wade R. Bosley, and Ralph J. Bratch — have military experience themselves and limit their practice to representing veterans across the United States in both service-connected disability compensation claims and non-service connected pension claims.

Our second major area of focus is on representing disabled Social Security claimants in Indiana. Here, attorney James A. McKown, Jr. represents disabled veterans, adults and children seeking SSD or SSI benefits in all facets of the disability claims process. If he is unable to represent you, he will be happy to give you a reference for a lawyer in your area who focuses his or her practice on SSD and SSI claims.

How Can You Afford an Attorney?

Whether you are seeking disability benefits from the Social Security Administration or the Department of Veteran's Affairs — our firm is only paid for its efforts on your behalf if benefits are awarded. Even then, our fees are limited by statute (to a percentage of past due benefits only) and must be approved by the appropriate administrative authority first. Future benefits belong solely to you.

Talk to us about your disability claims today. You can reach us toll free from anywhere in the country at 1-866-974-0705. We offer free consultations and can be reached online to schedule an appointment as well.
