Lawyers for Veterans
The law firm of Bosley & Bratch proudly represents veterans from all branches of the military in disability claims throughout the United States. Four of our attorneys – Wade R. Bosley, Ralph J. Bratch, Andrew R. Rutz and Edward M. Farmer — have military experience themselves and limit their practice to representing veterans across the United States in service-connected disability compensation claims and nonservice connected pension claims, as well as dependants of veterans in various claims including Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) and Accrued Benefits.
Military Discharge Upgrades
Each branch of the military has a discharge review board that has the ability to change, correct or modify most discharges or dismissals, with certain exceptions. Discharges under other than those that occurred under honorable conditions, as a result of a continuous period of unauthorized absence in excess of 180 days, make persons ineligible for VA benefits, unless the VA determines there were compelling circumstances for the absence. Our firm's attorneys help veterans with the process of upgrading a discharge. Contact a lawyer from our firm to learn about your specific options.
MEB/PEB Reviews
We represent veterans in matters relating to Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB) and Physical Evaluation Boards (PEB), helping to locate and develop favorable evidence, prepare written arguments, and attend hearings if necessary. Learn more about MEB/PEB reviews.
